MAINTENANCE LAW<\/h2>\n

Maintenance law regulates the financial compensation between persons who are close to each other and at least one of whom is not able to provide for his or her own living expenses.<\/p>\n

In the case of so-called separation maintenance, on the other hand, the previous standard of living is decisive. Who is entitled to maintenance is regulated by law.<\/p>\n
