travail traite de questions telles que la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, les cong\u00e9s, le maintien de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration en cas de maladie, le versement des cotisations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 avertissement ou un licenciement constitue g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un grave bouleversement dans la vie des personnes concern\u00e9es et de leurs familles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\">D\u00e9missionner soi-m\u00eame doit \u00eatre une d\u00e9cision m\u00fbrement r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie et, lorsqu'on re\u00e7oit une lettre de d\u00e9mission, il faut r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux objectifs \u00e0 atteindre et class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h2>CONTRAT DE R\u00c9SILIATION<\/h2>\n<p class=\"Default\">Dans un contrat de r\u00e9siliation, l'employeur et l'employ\u00e9 conviennent de mettre fin \u00e0 la relation de travail d'un commun accord, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement contre le paiement d'une indemnit\u00e9 de licenciement. Le montant de l'indemnit\u00e9 n'est li\u00e9 ni \u00e0 un plafond ni au salaire mensuel de la personne concern\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\">C'est avant tout l'habilet\u00e9 des parties \u00e0 n\u00e9gocier qui d\u00e9termine le montant de l'indemnit\u00e9 de licenciement.
